By registering, accessing, or using the BE.FIT mobile application and related services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before continuing.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to access and use the BE.FIT platform.

User Accounts

- Users must provide accurate information during registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- BE.FIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Sports Activities & Events

- Participation in sports, fitness sessions, tournaments, and social activities is voluntary.
- Users acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks.
BE.FIT, Maulee World FZE, venue partners, sponsors, and organizers shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages arising from participation.

Event Registrations

- Event registrations are subject to availability.
- Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid before participation.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, formats, venues, or cancel events due to operational requirements.

Payments & Refunds

- Fees paid for events, memberships, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed at the sole discretion of BE.FIT.

Code of Conduct

Users must:
- Respect fellow participants, staff, and venue personnel.
- Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
- Follow venue rules and safety instructions.
Violation may result in suspension or removal from activities without refund.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, graphics, and software associated with BE.FIT remain the property of Maulee World FZE or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

BE.FIT provides its services on an "as-is" basis and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

BE.FIT may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
